Short email tonight. We leave the hotel at 7:50 AM for our appointment at the US consulate.
We went back to the hospital for a few minutes. They looked at the children’s arms where the TB shot was administered and said it looked good.
Afterwards we went to the Pearl market, a 6 story jewelry extravaganza that defies explanation. Imagine a trade show for every kind of jewelry in a large convention center. Except the convention never ends.
The rest of the afternoon was spent resting and wandering around the hotel, trying to tire out Penelope.
She is not asleep and we are powering down to get her to sleep.
