Rather than write a Cliff Notes version of the book I’ve cleaned up my notes, deleted the extraneous, and bullet pointed them for easy reading. Being a new parent I’m still processing much of what author Hal Runkel sets forth in “Screamfree Parenting”. If you read the notes and are intrigued, get the book.
