Penelope is in bed. It sounds like she’s howling. Maybe she’s playing with her bedtime toys or imagining life as a wild animal. Perhaps it’s a declaration to Jenn and I. “I AM AWAKE. HEAR ME HOWL!” That’s our girl. Now. Not a few months ago. So much has changed.
