After several weeks I thought I would have nothing to write about. How interesting could daily life be? The answer is, it becomes more interesting when things go wrong.
Saturday Afternoon we returned to a sweltering home. I wasn’t too surprised since we reached a 106 degrees in Atlanta. The A/C was set to 77 but the thermostat said 85. I checked the condenser outside and the fan wasn’t turning. After several phone calls to my uncle Gary and cousin Paul the problem was clear; a blown capacitor. Tomorrow morning I am headed to Johnstone Supply near our house to get the part. If they don’t have any I’ll have to spend the day tracking one down.
